What to Expect From Your Cosmetic Consultation

Aftercare & What to Expect

Some mild swelling, redness, or tenderness is common post-treatment. Most clients return to their usual routine the same day. To help your results settle naturally, we recommend:

Avoiding heat, sun exposure, and saunas for 24–48 hours
Refraining from alcohol and strenuous exercise for 24 hours
Avoiding pressure on the treated area (e.g. sleeping on your face or facial massage)

You may notice slight unevenness or lumpiness as your skin adjusts — this generally resolves within 1–2 weeks. Your post treatment care sheet will be emailed to you post treatment.

Treatment Timeline & Comfort

Initial appointments (including consultation) take around 45 minutes
Topical cooling and comfort measures are used to minimise any discomfort
You’ll be offered a follow-up appointment to ensure you’re satisfied with your results

Duration & Maintenance

Our volume restoration treatments are temporary, and we continue to age. Results vary between individuals. Many clients choose to return for maintenance appointments every 6 to 12 months, depending on the area treated and their personal aesthetic goals.
