Wrinkle Reduction
Treatments

Brisbane & Darwin Clinics

As we age, it’s natural for our skin to reflect the journey. From laughter lines to changes in skin texture, every face tells a story. At Cosmetic Nurses Australia, our goal is to help you feel confident and refreshed with customised non-surgical facial treatments designed to support your individual aesthetic goals.

Many factors contribute to the visible signs of ageing—sun exposure, lifestyle habits, hydration levels, and genetics all play a role. While skincare can go a long way, some people choose advanced cosmetic techniques to soften expression lines and enhance facial symmetry.

Advanced Skin Smoothing Techniques with
Experienced Cosmetic Nurses

At our Brisbane and Darwin clinics, we offer consultations for cosmetic wrinkle-smoothing services.

These treatments are suitable for those seeking a more relaxed, refreshed look by targeting areas commonly affected by repetitive facial movement.

Using precise application techniques, our experienced nurse practitioners and registered nurse’s work with you to create a personalised plan that suits your features, preferences, and concerns.

What Happens at Your Cosmetic Consultation

Your first visit includes a comprehensive facial assessment with a qualified cosmetic nurse. During this time, we will explore your treatment goals, assess your facial anatomy, and develop a tailored plan to address areas such as:

• Forehead lines
• Frown lines
• Crow’s feet (around the eyes)
• Jawline definition
• Facial symmetry and balance

If appropriate, you may proceed with treatment on the same day, or schedule it for a future date. All consultations are private and complimentary.

Your Treatment Journey

  • First-time visits take approximately 45 minutes, including your personalised consultation and treatment session.
  • Return visits typically require just 15–20 minutes.
  • A complimentary 2-week review is included to ensure you’re happy with the results and discuss ongoing support if needed.

What You Might Experience Post-Treatment

Side effects are usually mild and temporary. Our experienced team uses evidence-informed techniques to minimise any risks and will guide you through detailed aftercare instructions.

  • Mild swelling or redness at the application site.
  • Light bruising that fades over a few days.
  • Temporary tightness or mild headache.
  • Some treatments result in further downtime and this is discussed during your free consultation.

These effects usually resolve quickly and do not interfere with daily activities. You will be advised on what to expect and how to support the treated area for best results.

Aftercare Advice

To help ensure your results settle beautifully, we recommend:

• Avoid lying down, touching, or massaging treated areas for a minimum 4 hours.
• Skip hot saunas, vigorous exercise, or alcohol for 24 hours
• Avoid applying makeup for a few hours after treatment
• Your post treatment care sheet will be emailed to your private email post treatment.
